Engineered for stability, the ARC-40 maintains predictable trajectory characteristics, making it ideal for milsim gameplay and training scenarios requiring repeatable results.
The ARC-40 comes in two variants:
ARC-40M — Powder-tipped marker round formulated to mark vehicles or surfaces on impact for quick visual identification.
ARC-40I — Impact-activated noise round that produces a loud, IFG-209–style report to simulate realistic auditory effects.
Reliable single-use construction, safe for training and simulation environments when used as intended; compatible only with designated 40mm rifled barrels like our ARC-40 Barrel and screwed onto a 40MAX Base that acts as the power source.
Please note, the ARC-40I does not currently come with any primers included and the ARC-40M does not currently come pre-loaded with marking powder. For the Marking version, we personally prefer to mix cornstarch with a little bit of water to make a slurry to fill the head before gluing both halves so it hardens and prevents loose powder leakage during transport. For the Impact version, simply insert a .209 primer into the body and glue both halves together.
